Federal Mogul Asbestos PI Trust

  • The Federal Mogul Asbestos Personal Injury Trust will use the Trust Assets to pay all Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, caused by exposure to asbestos-containing products for which Federal-Mogul and/or its wholly owned direct or indirect subsidiaries Turner & Newall ("T&N") and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, Gasket Holdings Inc. Information regarding pursuit of claims against the Fel-Pro and Vellumoid Subfunds can be found in the Fel-Pro and Vellumoid Q&A on the Documents page of this website. A copy of the TDP1 is available on this site. Information regarding claim filing procedures will indicate, among other things, when and how claims may be filed with the Trust.
